AbcMus LICENSE AGREEMENT 1999-01-12

AbcMus is shareware. You may use AbcMus without registering for
evaluation only. If you wish to continue using AbcMus you must register
the program. Instructions for this are available from the AbcMus home
page: http://www.norbeck.nu/abcmus/

The following applies both to registered and non-registered copies
of AbcMus:

- This software and accompanying written material (including
  instructions for use) are provided "as is". Henrik Norbeck takes no
  responsibility for any loss or damage caused by use or misuse of the
  software, and provides no warranty or promise of the suitability of
  ABCMUS for any task.

- This licensing agreement shall be governed by Swedish law.

By registering your copy of AbcMus you agree to the following:

- For private users: Your registered copy of AbcMus is licensed for
  personal use only. If you have several computers, you may keep one
  registered copy on each one of these, but only for your personal
  use.

- For commercial or institutional users: Your registered copy of AbcMus
  is licensed for use on one computer. If you wish to use it on more
  than one computer, you must buy one single-user license for each computer
  it will be used on, or a site license, which allows you to use it on all
  computers at your site.

- You may not give your registration number (serial number) to anyone
  else to use, and you may not make copies of your registered version
  for others to use.
